How long does delivery take?
We dispatch from Hamirpur within 24 hours of your order. Metro cities usually receive in 3–4 business days; other PIN codes take 4–6 business days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹399 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India.
How should I store til and moong?
Keep both in an airtight container away from sunlight. Raw til keeps 6 months, roasted til is best within 3 months of opening, and whole moong keeps 12 months in a dry place.
Will the moong sprout reliably?
Yes — the lots are cleaned and graded for sprouting. Soak 8 hours, drain, and rest in a damp cloth for 10–12 hours.
What is your return policy?
If a pack arrives damaged, leaking or with quality issues, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it in full.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available on all serviceable PIN codes, alongside UPI, cards and netbanking.
