Shipping policy
Delivery charges
Orders of ₹399 and above ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹399 carry a flat ₹49 delivery charge, shown before you pay.
Dispatch & delivery time
We pack and dispatch from Sumerpur, Hamirpur within 24 hours of your order on working days. Typical delivery is 3–6 business days: 3–4 days for metro cities, 4–6 days for other PIN codes. Remote and hill PIN codes can take slightly longer.
Tracking
You receive a courier tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your pack is handed over. You can also message us on WhatsApp any time for a status update.
Serviceability & COD
We ship to all PIN codes covered by our courier partners. Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you and refund in full.
Undelivered or delayed parcels
If a parcel is delayed beyond 10 business days or returned undelivered, we re-ship at no cost or refund the full amount, your choice.
